Join me as I examine, taste and critique Spanish, French and Italian eating culture through a forever evolving socio-political lens. To complicate things slightly I suffer from a lengthy list of food intolerances which limit my culinary canvas, enrage my tummy and steal my joy. 

 

Too often, the food which is so good is actually bad. 

 

Enough of my french melodramatics. Welcome to the turbulent journey of a European food lover with the intolerable intolerance to wheat, onions, garlic, corn, lentils, fructose and dairy.
